Funny, you never hear the tree huggers whining about illegal immigration. Its cause they’re indigenous peoples, and therefore have more of a right to this land than we do...

The first part is true - the Sierra Club will whine and snivel about someone using a dirt bike on BLM land, but will never complain about all the trash and crap left all over by illegals. But - illegals are NOT indigenous people. At least, not the majority of them. Most are the decendents of Spaniards, who conquered the indigenous indians. They like to think their ancestors had the land for generations - but they show their ignorance of history and of facts. That's what a 6th grade education got them.

Yes, I agree they are mixed, though many of the ones from Southern Mexico are almost all of Indian descent. In any case, I am relating what these enviros are actually say and think.

My wife teaches part time at a local nature center. She is very environmentally conscious, but otherwise conservative. However, most of her coworkers are total moonbats. I have been to a few of their get togethers and find them simultaneously amusing and maddening. I have heard the “indigenous” argument being used several times to defend the right of illegals to migrate here.

I am convinced that many of these people want to return to 1491—as long as they get to keep THEIR houses, their 4WD SUVs....and maybe Starbucks & Wegmans. They want to be the country squires presiding over their grateful, idigenous serfs in a natural paradise. All the other white people can go back to Europe or die. Pretty sickening when you think about it.
