US ready for 'businesslike' trade settlements with China

The United States is prepared to settle pending trade disputes with China in a "businesslike manner" if Beijing is willing, the top US trade official said Thursday.

Ah, globalism. (It's only a "good time" for Congress to intervine in "complex international economic challenges" when the Executive demands Fast-Track for Trade deals.)
