People are silly to attribute thoughts and feelings to Rush Limbaugh.
This article is just wishful thinking on the authors part.

Exactly. All I hear is Rush trying to steer conservatives away from what he deems are the least conservative candidates to the lesser of the evils who have a chance of winning in Nov.

I don’t think you are correct. I think the writer is right. I keep wishing Rush would make his favorite candidate (Thompson) known but because he has said he won’t yet, he doesn’t.

People are silly to attribute thoughts and feelings to Rush Limbaugh. The guy has been a voice of conservatism for 20 years, sometimes a lone voice, and he has no thoughts and feelings?
Having listened to him for over ten years; He sure doesn't leave me with that impression.

I think it might be true that Rush thinks that Fred is a little more conservative. But that doesn’t mean it translates to that he thinks it is imperitive that Fred be the nominee. I think Mitt Romney is a conservative. He has the experience to implement the conservative agenda. Mitt looks and sounds presidential. Just being conservative is not enough, a good candidate must have the executive experience needed to implement the conservative agenda. Hundreds of thousands can talk like a good conservative. But how many have the executive experience to make it happen?
