And that’s what causes Clinton’s purple rages. He used to be able to get away with saying one thing here, another there. He could get away with his sleuths dragging for dirt undetected. He could run ugly ads on black radio and no one heard about it. He could lie about churches burning in his childhood, lies that now can be uncovered with Google by ordinary joes like us. His entire life was built on such schemes. And it just kills him that now, when he needs it most, he can’t get away with it.

It is one of the Hillary! campaign's great flaws that they are trying to run a 2008 campaign out of the 1992 playbook. A lot has changed in the last 16 years, the New Media being one of the most important.

The other thing that has changed is that we have all seen this movie before, so it is hard for us to act surprised.

And, finally, the third thing that has changed is that this time the black man in the race is Barack Obama, not Jessie Jackson. Now the Clintons are going to have to take their black electorate seriously, because they have a serious alternative.

If you ask me, for all Bill Clinton's much ballyhooed political brilliance, I think he was selected by conditions in 1992 more than he bulled his way to the fore. He was the right man in the right place to take advantage of the particular conditions at that time. But conditions have changed, and he is not the right man anymore. His old tricks are not working anymore, and he doesn't have any other tricks in his bag.

This must be immensely frustrating for him...

Actually the 5x vote thing could be true...under perfect circumstances. Nevada’s is a caucus, not a primary. Caucuses never represent one man - one vote. It’s a “group thing” for delegates.

It’s doubtful the 5x thing will come about...but delegate selection will be dispropotionately distributed...that’s the way they set it up (when Hillary thought she would win).

But Bubba is taking the most extreme possible outcome and pretending that it is the inevitable consequence. If somebody points this out, he just increases the volume at which he says it.

The truth of the matter is that the Clintonistas rigged the system, and it is working to their disadvantage. So now they are trying to re-rig the system at the last minute, and are being caught out.

I have a another dream scenario.

I'm firmly convinced that all those 100's of millions of dollars in the Clinton Library/Foundation are being used to prop up Hillary. In my theory, his people offer "contracts" to black ministers, street organizers, and rackets like Sharptons. I think these groups know the value of staying neutral, just waiting for the Clintons to up the bid for them not to endorse Obama.

Now, here's the dream scenario: some black minister is offended at their using such tactics to defeat Obama. He not only exposes the underground campaign by the Library. He spills the beans on ALL the corrupt "get out the vote money" they've spread around over the years.

Oh well, I can dream.
