Of course, the Clintons are trying to impede voters who they know support Obama. Amazing how the Dems always accuse the Republicans of voter intimidation, etc., when it's crooks like the Clintons who are the real pests.

Voter fraud is a primary campaign strategy of the Democrats... plain and simple. When they say that IDs are “intimidating” this is nothing more than saying... “Not fair, we can’t cheat if you do that.”

A new Rasmussen poll finds that 17% of Americans think large numbers of legitimate voters are prevented from voting

I am still waiting for evidence of one documented case where a properly-registered citizen who showed up at the correct polling place during the proper time-frame was denied the right to vote. I'd be curious to know what method these 17% of Americans believe is being used to disenfranchise "large numbers of legitimate voters." I'd bet that over 99% of this 17% are democrats.

Funny, it was the Clinton Machine thru local, county and state officials set this up. This set-up seemed fine to them until a week ago, when the Union did not give Hillary their endorsement. Only now are they crying fowl.

(Late Tuesday the Democratic National Committee quietly filed a motion supporting the Nevada party's rules.)

Not clear here. Does this mean the DNC is against the Culinary workers or in favor of their caucus?

“D. Taylor, the president of the Culinary Workers Union that represents many casino workers, says the state teachers union used a law firm with Clinton ties to file the suit.”

(just removed the extraneous info to concentrate on the meat of the matter)

I say take the RAT’s brief for requiring ID’s in Nev and submit it as is as an amicus brief for the Indiana case. Excuse me, Mr. RAT, you dropped your petard. Here it is.

The Las Vegas Review Journal notes "some Strip workers will have no alternative but to provide photo identification." For a party that compares photo ID requirements to Jim Crow poll taxes, even when state governments distribute the IDs for free, the irony is rich.,,

It’s beyond dispute that Hillary did this purely to disenfranchise Obama’s base. She’s always been opposed to these kinds of voter restrictions on the very grounds that they disenfranchise voters, and now she does a complete reversal in order to cement her own victory.

They [Clintons] tried to disenfranchise students in Iowa.

What's that about? I don't recall hearing anything about it.
