There was that too. I'd like to see Fred as the guy, but the fact is the campaign is a test of how the candidates would perform as President.
Fred has tried a number of unconventional things, late start, no fire in the belly comment, very few 10 second zingers, etc.
I thought he might still carry the day, and he might, but it looks unlikely.
If he doesn't, what that points to is that he might have been a disappointing President.
That's a little discouraging, as Romney is no conservative.
Right now, MA residents who haven't signed up for the MA mandated state health insurance are racking up $50 to $150 PER MONTH fines for not doing so.
By the time the election rolls around these folks will be well over a thousand or two in debt to the state for simply exercising their GOD GIVEN freedom to not bow to the state. That’s going to hurt us a lot with conservatives like us here.
