With each passing day I become more embarrassed by my United Methodist Church.
And then they wonder why they lose members.
Why I gave up on the United Methodist Church long ago!

What would John Wesley do? We know they don’t listen to Jesus anymore.
It really hurts me to see how the Methodist Church (at least on the national level) has lurched to the left and focused on all these liberal social causes instead of teaching the love of God and His Word.
But I am really glad that my circuit rider grandfather and mother aren’t around to see what has become of the Church they loved and worked tirelessly to grow. Most probably if they were still around they would have left like I did.
