It wasn’t the media that blackballed Fred, it was the evangelicals, who thought that his plan for only repealing Roe v. Wade, but not pushing the Life Amendment was not good enough. They then went wholeheartedly to Huck.

He said some other things that the evangelicals did not like as well which killed him.

Yea its the evangelicals fault that Thompson fells the right not to be killed in the womb is for each state to decided (does he feel the same way about speech?)

Well you might be partially right there..but Fox was really loving Rudy at the start...so that didn’t help either. I think Fred is a Christian. He's just not like a tel-evangelical type but he is a modest Christian. I know a lot of good people that fall into that catigory. He could have brought the party together. OK...now I’m getting depressed. Time to get off here.
