LAS VEGAS (AP) - Let him debate. That’s the ruling of a Nevada judge deciding whether Democrat Dennis Kucinich can take part in MSNBC’s televised candidates’ debate tomorrow.
A lawyer for the presidential hopeful says the cable network had originally invited Kucinich to participate, but then told him last week that he couldn’t take part.
A lawyer for MSNBC says the network decided to go with the top three candidates — Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Edwards — after the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary.
