On a Monday night in July 1993, a 48-year-old lawyer called Vince Foster was found dead in a park near Washington DC.
He had died from a gunshot wound to the mouth and his father's .38-calibre revolver, dating from 1913, was at his side.
It was the same method of suicide used by a Marine officer in the film A Few Good Men - which Foster was known recently to have watched.
In the movie, the officer had killed himself because he was distraught about testifying against his commanding officer.
In real life, Vince Foster was distraught at the prospect of being grilled about the shady affairs of Hillary Clinton.
A clear case of suicide, then. Or was it? As the months passed, wild rumours began to grow that a hitman had murdered him because he knew too much.
Tall and handsome, Vince Foster was one of Hillary's closest colleagues and best friends.
In Little Rock, Arkansas, they were partners in a law firm while Bill Clinton was governor of the state. And, naturally, when the Clintons moved to the White House, Vince Foster came, too.

I don’t know about VF; in my experiment, I was “targeting” the brain stem through the soft palate. Had a video camera off to the side to chaeck the angle. Would have “worked” if I had been serious...and using a real gun.
Let me guess...most gun suicides in your experience involve gun-to-the-temple, or under the chin (like that bank robber in CA).
Meh. I tell only what I know, and guess nothing.
And I’m left handed, and experimented with my right.
Go figure.
He was right about THAT!
I guess Vince killed himself somewhere else and then walked or drove to the Park to lie down.
Did you read the article?
First, it wasn’t Republicans talking, but a British newspaper.
Second, it wasn’t an Arkancide conspiracy theory piece, but a rehearsal of all the tawdry matters involving Hillary that Vince Foster was dealing with at the time of his death, retold with a story arc that made clear working for her drove him to suicide.
No new evidence needed.
Why?
Have you ever seen a suicide by gun where there was no blowback, and the hand that had been holding the gun appeared perfectly clean?
No, it is entirely unnatural to shoot yourself in the mouth. But when one does decide to do it, the thumb as a trigger finger is much more natural. Pretend your holding a gun. Now, put your right thumb on the trigger and put it in your mouth using your left hand to brace the back of the right hand and the gun. Simple and much more natural than using your forefinger and sticking your elbow way out in front of you or turning the gun upside down.
“Talk about a dead horse.”
You got that right. But you’ll never convince the people who just HAVE to believe that the Clintons have had dozens murdered. Amazing isn’t it that not a single one of the people they’ve hired for the dirty deeds has ever blabbed?
I’ve seen the “evidence.” Not convinced.
Same thought here. While I think there are unanswered questions related to Foster and his work in the Clinton administration, I don’t think a ‘hit man’ had anything to do with this.
I will say the curious actions AFTER he was found, specifically his office being closed to investigators for 24 hours, was very very strange.
If it was a GOP Whitehouse, the MSM would have gone absolutely nuts, and would STILL be all over this to this day.
I hope you don’t believe that whole Clinton “body count” thing.
“The thumb argument notwithstanding, Vince Foster was LEFT handed.
Look at the photo.
Gun on RIGHT hand.
Unlikely to say the least.”
Why? I’m left-handed for writing, throwing, bowling and batting. But I play golf, eat, and brush my teeth right-handed. I shoot with either hand, but primarily with the right.
“Unless, of course, his teeth werent even broken.”
Is this a supposition? Honestly, I don’t know.
I think it is fine to discuss these things in a blog, but I would hate to see a candidate or a party try to bring them up. I really think all you would do is garner sympathy for Hillary.
Without knowing the load that was used, there could be very little recoil.
I say a man that put a .32 directly between his eyes and pulled the trigger. When he woke up the next morning, he called an ambulance. He sustained no permanent damage and the only external evidence of the injury was a black stain between his eyebrows.
Walking into the room, I would have testified that he did not shoot himself. Then we got X-rays, there was a 32 slug inferior to the cranium near the spine.
Appearances can be deceptive. Once again, I’m not saying anything one way or the other, but we don’t want to go down the road of the “truthers”.
Thanks for the link.
It’s been sometime now but I think I read somewhere that Vince Foster was left handed.
Wow, you're special!
I don’t think you have to be very ambidextrous to be able to shoot yourself with a gun in the head.
