Larry Kudlow believes that the Federal Reserve will lower rates around 75 to 100-bases point before January 30th. There has been no growth in M1, so the Federal Reserve can cut rates.
Larry Kudlow called the 'Fair tax' wacko. I am not sure he understands the plan. He seems to be behind Mitt Romney.
Kudlow knows what he is talking about on both points, although I think Ben will go 1/2 point prior and provide a target for another point cut at the Jan 30th meeting.
What? No Jets game today. LOL!
Aw, shoot... forgot to post the thread again... thanks Perdogg.
Pinging the John Batchelor Show Ping list...
7-10 PM ET Sunday: WABC 770 http://www.wabcradio.com/
10 PM-1 AM ET Sunday: KFI 640 http://www.kfi640.com/
Tanks for the ping!
The Left continues trying to push everything to the left.
They get a NO SALE from me.
If John Batchelor spends much more time on John McCain he’s lost me!
John McCain, you can sell crazy somewhere else, we’re all stocked up here.
Why not lower the rate to zero (or less)?
If this happens look for $1200 gold within a month.

Even if gold hits $1200, it is well below it’s record. I am sure oil prices will go up too because of it.
I personally think everyone involved in "monetary policy" should be hung for treason.

Where did I say that? Short term fall in the dollar is better than a recession. There isn’t going to be a supply-side stimulus plan through the Congress until 2009 if we get a GOP Congress and a GOP white house.
KFI John Batchelor talking to editor of Human Events Magazine about Fred Thompson.
You may be on to something. A dollar devalued to nothing will encourage many to exchange it for a new currency. Lets see, open borders-diluted culture-many languages-banana republic politics-weakened educational system-global money flowing into American elections and media-worthless currency....
Larry probably understands the plan better than most people who are pushing it (amongst them me). I really wish he had a good 30 minutes of TV time to explain why he doesn't like it, or to offer his tweaks.
He said that there would be sales tax on real estate transaction. I might be wrong, but I think that Neal Boortz said that wasn’t going to be the case.
When people talk about the fair tax, they fail to mention the prebates.
Howard Ruff is that you??? Gold hasn’t hit the half way mark yet on where it was in the late 70s.
