No television here, but I can get Fox on my XM. Question for the group:

It seemed to me that in the SC debate, Rudy had slowed down how fast he speaks. Anyone else notice that?

Would that be to reflect the slower way of speaking in the south because from what I understand from other freepers this is the case in the south.

If so that would be understandable there is no point talking them in the same way you might address a crowd in New York.

I would expect our politicians in Britain to do similar showing they understand where they are and appreciate local differences.
