A large portion of CA’s prison inmates are illegal aliens. They are a big part of the narcotics problem. Arnold could save the taxpayers mucho dinero by working with the Feds and the Mexican government to deport these criminals. But that’s the last thing Arnold will do because he is a marshmallow.
