A large portion of CA’s prison inmates are illegal aliens. They are a big part of the narcotics problem. Arnold could save the taxpayers mucho dinero by working with the Feds and the Mexican government to deport these criminals. But that’s the last thing Arnold will do because he is a marshmallow. Don’t elect RINOs like McCain and Romney. This is what you get — overspending and a more dangerous society due to their kowtowing to Marxist political correctness.

An even bigger percentage of local jails are occupied by illegal immigrants, forcing offenders that should be in local jails to be sent to State prison. The feds refuse to enforce the immigration laws while also refusing to pay for the consequences of such non-enforcement (i.e. imprisonment costs). What a mess.
