I don’t think there would need to be a referee; at least not then.
Both men are mature enough to respect one another, and conduct a reasonable, rational, and intelligent “conversation”. I really liked the “Fox Republican Forum” the other night. It would have been nice if there hadn’t been so many at one time.
It’s this “How many soundbites can I make in 1:30” style of debate that promotes the candidates to do what they do.

I will not make age an issue of this campaign. I am not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience. If I still have time, I might add, Mr. Trewhitt, I might add that it was Seneca or it was Cicero, I don't know which, that said if it was not for the elders correcting the mistakes of the young, there would be no state.
