Fred and Jeri were on Fox this morning! They were great! When Fred was asked about Huckabee being ahead of him in the polls in SC, Fred said “Well, I think those polls are kinda like the polls in New Hampshire showing an Obama win over Hillary.” He was great as usual! Just donated another $50 to the red truck and looking forward to tonight’s debate on FOX at 9:00PM Eastern! The REAL CONSERVATIVE will shine through again! GO FRED!

Does anyone know where the NRA endorsement is??? If I were a NRA member I would be asking them why they have not endorsed Fred Thompson yet! GO FRED!

This is the third time I’ve seen this same “Fred and Jeri were on Fox” comment cut and pasted on threads today... can you at least change them around a little more to make them sound a little different? Thanks

Speaking of endorsements...or LACK of same....

FRED THOMPSON, MITT ROMNEY, HORSERACE

Michigan Right To Life Staying Neutral

Michigan Right to Life won't be endorsing in the GOP primary.

A Thompson Associate is chuckling over this news, calling it "devastating for Romney." This associate said Romney put considerable effort into getting that endorsement, including personal meetings. He notes that Romney supports  - or is at least not opposed to - using "surplus embryos" for stem cell research. (See his explanation to Russert here.) The Thompson Associate believes this is what tripped up Romney, as the group may be seeking a statewide referendum on this issue on the ballot this year.

The National Right to Life has endorsed Thompson; while the neutrality of the state organization might be seen as bad news for the Tennessee Senator, Thompson is not expected to make much of a splash in Michigan.
