Hmm, makes me think. If the American auto companies really want to revolutionize transportation. They should offer a "free" or very low cost car but make the consumer buy the gas from them. Take the HP philosophy on printers. The printers are relatively cheap but you have to buy the toners and inkjet cartridges from them. That's where they make their money. Just sayin...

If you put 4 people in a car that has 30hp, doesn’t matter if you have luggage or not, it’s not going anywhere. You could probably walk faster.

Define comfortably and where does the luggage go?”
You have to wear all of the clothes you’re taking.
To: brownsfan
For one ,it’s for the Indian market, and, is not made for US waistlines.

That’s actually a good idea. Cell phone companies do it when they give away free or cheap phones. They take a big loss on that to bring people in for the service.

Are these a remake of the East German Trabants(”Fellow Travelers”), plastic & wool cars with 25hp two strokes?
Al Gore would approve, from his lofty mansion overlooking us peasants! Look AL! Wave! John Travolta is flying over, barrel rolling and blowing you a kiss!

Comfortably? In India there will be seven to eight inside and ten hanging onto the roof, hood, trunk and standing on the bumpers! Ever seen one of their trains?

Yeah, on a 12% downgrade with a tail wind and a 90 lb. person driving and the rest of the seats removed.

It reminds me of original VW Bug (1943ish). Cheap, small and no power - the peoples car.
