I’ve been to Stevens Point on several occasions but never really long enough to pick up on the local celebs. it is a college town, though, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy was with the college newspaper or something juvenile like that.
That whole “stopping wars for oil” crap sounds pretty college level to me. Along with the rest of his blueprint for Libtopia.
Stevens Point is not all like this doppe. It has a large Polish population of great decent friendly people. Stevens Point is surrounded by a very large rural area and not many of the folks who reside there would agree with Mr. Doppe. Also, Stevens Point hosts the best farmers market I have ever been to.
