I find it extrememly funny the Democrats put up a so-called “poster child” against photo ID when this lady owns homes in two stats, is REGISTERED to vote in two states and claims homestead exemption in two states.

Exactly. It seems to me that...

The fact that it was a card that would have allowed her to vote was peripheral---and thus why she didn't recall it. She was just focusing on committing her fraud and this was a way she saw she could do it.
