My guy Fred is fading into the dirt.

Give me the competent, impressive guy, Romney over McShamnesty any day.

There really is something disquieting about McShamnesty. When he’s talking in front of the cameras in front of a small group with his wife there, something is just not right.

Can someone else explain that better.

I agree. Not a contest between Captain McQueeg and Romney, who, by the way, will still have the most delegates at the end of the night if you combine WY, IA, and NH. Course, no one will mention that.

Somehow I doubt that Fred was ever “your guy”. After all, he was never competing in NH, so today is hardly a shock. You remind of those seminar callers that start off. “Rush, I’m a really big fan and I voted for George Bush, but....” and then proceed to trash him after gaining the credibility of having been a Bush supporter.

Romney is only impressive if you like opportunistic liars that have pledged to defend abortion and gay rights.

Relax.

NH is only worth 12 votes. To put that into perspective, WY is worth 14 votes and that’s AFTER the RNC cut their vote count in HALF for moving their primary up so early.

Normally NH is worth less than half OF WYOMING FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Do you know what is in wyoming?

A whole lot of nothing.

NH is less than half of that.

Something seems just not quite right with the guy no matter what the forum. His responses, expressions, and intonations are inappropriate. The most recent example was last week during one of the debates when he started giggling like an idiot after attacking Romney. ...and no one in the audience or any of the other candidates were laughing. ...or even broke a smile. Romney looked at him as if he were insane. ...with justification.

And ever since McCain was widely branded a hot-head (since the 2000 campaign, most likely) his voice has been both quiet and strangely monotone. ...as if he were medicated. (And he very well could be).

Yes, Romney is liar and a flip-flopper with a liberal record. Intelligent voters see through all that.

McCain's appeal, hopefully, will be limited to New Hampshire where always has had a following.

I know what you mean and I think it's captured in the nickname "McQueeg". There's just a little bit of a paranoid quality, with just a hint of a snarl in the way he speaks. Sort of a cross between Captain Queeg and Bevis and Butthead. heh heh, heh heh.

Don’t worry. It ain’t over ‘til it’s over. Maybe a fat lady will sing but I wouldn’t vote on Hillary.

I have heard that he has an extremely violent temper. His wife is a frail person. When they are in public together, her body language is very stiff, almost like a frightened child. Sure, she smiles - but she is terrified of something.

Also, they sold their house in Cornville (ten minutes from where I live), and also put up their house in Phoenix for sale. Don't know if it sold or not, but it was way over two million, if I remember correctly.

I can help you with that.

It’s still early, and Fred is NOT fading into the dirt!

It’s better to go with your instincts instead of the flow.

There has been nothing competent about Mitt Romney’s campaign so far. He’s had one good debate appearance on Fox, and several very poor ones. Every week he trots out a new “persona”.

Rush had a theory this morning that liberal Obama supporters, confident that Obama would win went ahead and voted for their next favorite, McCain. Whatever you make of it, that sounds bad for McCain. It means that the election results were a little screwed up based on faulty predictions that influenced and swayed some votes.
