If Republicans, candidates and base alike, cannot pull themselves out of the funk in which they find themselves, it soon will be time to start making the best of a bad situation. Some truly believe the GOP blew its big chance, their first and best chance in about 50 years. They think it might be better, even for Republicans, to see how a Barack Obama might do in office and for Republicans to join the Miami Dolphins and the St. Louis Rams in putting this season behind them and trying to salvage next season.

Newsweek with a smiling Obama- that callow, shallow boy who thinks hes running for student body president.

Does he really or is he in fact what we dare not believe?
Doesn’t the Koran allow for any and all forms of deception in Jihad, including pretending to be a Christian?
the lunacy of the American electorate can never be underestimated, if our current state of being as a nation is any guide.

A fact we should all bear in mind 24 hours a day! There is a very good reason why the Rat party continues to insist on extending the vote to every imbecile and criminal in the land. Expect them soon to demand that we bus illegal aliens to the polling places and give them a free meal after voting.
Judges, I believe, can be impeached.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
All things are possible but some, like impeaching a judge, are immensely difficult.
I am surprised that John Kerry did not even bother to google this info before giving his support.

What? You expected Goofy to act in a rational and honorable manner?
He has far more experience than GWB had when he ran in 2000.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I don’t know how you figure that, GWB had been governor of Texas, that is executive experience that far outweighs any experience Obama has as far as I know. Plus Bush has an MBA degree from Harvard. What does Obama have?
“All things are possible but some, like impeaching a judge, are immensely difficult.”
And so it should be. But in today’s world judges have strayed so far from their duties that the case could be made by sane prosecutors. We need leaders who are strong enough to bring our citizens back to sanity.
And with Bush we get insane border policy and massive increases in domestic spending. What’s the difference? If you want the country to go down the drain slowly, keep supporting liberal republicans. Let’s plug the drain, or open it wide. No more of this slow stuff.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I am all for it! Unfortunately I have no idea where to look for sane prosecutors and strong leaders, the job would seem to require the Paul Bunyan and Pecos Bill of prosecutors and leaders.
They’re out there. We just haven’t found them yet. Meanwhile, the crisis deepens.
Ah! an anarchist. Fly the red flags! To the barricades! No thanks. We’ll WIN without you. But enjoy having a non-vote. The know-nothings did.
Anarchiist? Non-vote?
Please explain.
I think it would send me to the liquor cabinet every April 15.
Guess I have to disagree. Huckabee scares me much more than Obama.
“I think it would send me to the liquor cabinet every April 15”
You’d not be alone.
Interesting point ...isn’t it called Takiah? (tranliteration)
Tie. I do think Obama is honest, that is, that he tells you what he thinks and will do it. I’m not sure about Huck.
I am not sure what it is called but I think it is pretty much a case of anything goes as long as it is done in the name of Allah to defeat the infidel. It was reported that some of the 9-11 group were out drinking and partying at a strip club the last nights before they died. All of that is supposedly forbidden to Muslims but they could do it because they were going to become martyrs.
A law degree from Harvard, including editing the law review; service in the Illinois legislature; and a term in the United States Senate. Lots more federal government (actually, lots more government ) experience than W. had in 2000.
Experience isn't everything, obviously, but I think the "he has no experience" meme doesn't work, at least from those of us who supported W. in 2000.
