NASHUA, N.H. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York yesterday tried to reframe the Democratic presidential contest as "talk versus action" and "rhetoric versus reality," leveling charges that Sen. Barack Obama has done little more than give impassioned speeches.
"If you gave a speech and a very good speech against the war in Iraq in 2002, and then by 2004, you're saying you're not sure how you would have voted, and then by 2005, -6, and -7, you vote for $300 billion for the war you said you were against, that's not change," Mrs. Clinton told a standing-room-only crowd in a high school gymnasium.
That was a direct hit against Mr. Obama, an Illinois Democrat who uses each of his campaign appearances to remind voters he opposed the Iraq war from its inception while Mrs. Clinton voted to authorize it. As she did in a debate the previous evening, Mrs. Clinton highlighted issues on which she said Mr. Obama has shifted position. She did not mention she once voted for war funding but now votes against it.
Mrs. Clinton, who voted for both the USA Patriot Act and its reauthorization, told voters Mr. Obama once said he would oppose the act but later voted for it.
The former first lady told voters here if you "rail against" tax breaks for big oil but "you voted for Dick Cheney's energy bill" in 2005, "that's not change." Mrs. Clinton opposed the energy bill, but several senators supporting her candidacy voted for it.
Mrs. Clinton said New Hampshire voters tomorrow must ensure "we nominate and elect a doer, not a talker."
Mr. Obama, attracting overflow crowds at his events as well, told 3,000 in Exeter that he rejected Mrs. Clinton's debate argument of Saturday night.

Hillary isn’t a talker, that’s for sure.
She’s more of a shrieker.
Bill was a doer too.
Just ask Huma.
Or a cackler (is that actually a real word? www.m-w.com says that it is, whew!)...
Yep, Bill will do anything whit a skirt, but then again so will the beast!!!!!
“Standing room only crowds”? Another article, from the WaTimes I believe, interviewed some of the attendees at an HRC New Hampshire event. Many were brought in from Massachusetts and New York and some had all of their expenses for the two day jaunt paid for by the HRC campaign. (There’s the back-story.)
When America elected her husband two times, they elected a “do her”.
‘Elect a doer, not a talker,’ Hillary urges
That’s what we’re gonna do “over the hillleree” We’re gonna elect a doer and it aint gonna be you.
Hill is a doer.
Just ask Huma.
Is Hill a doer, or a doee?
Just what is it she’s ever done other than marry Bill Clinton? This is a joke- why doesn’t anyone call her out on this?
I don’t think Bill’s done ‘er for a long time...
I'll tell you something else it's not Hillary... sensible. That has to be the most egregious spin I've heard this entire campaign season. With the possible exception of John McCain claiming that allowing 12 million illegal immigrants to stay in the U.S. for eternity is NOT amnesty. But, back to the point... that is a horrendously WEAK comment.
Which rules out both Hill and Obama, neither has "done" anything of any note.
She’s been Bill’s enabler. She hasn’t had the backbone to Dump him.
Need I say more?
Still trying to figure out what she has done.
Let me make a prediction. If she loses the nomination the big “D” will be in play. DIVORCE After all the only reason they have stayed together is to get her elected.
That, and spousal privilege (husbands and wives can’t be compelled to testify against each other in U.S. courts), and the international bribery-bagman-influence-peddling shenanigans whose proceeds, at the very least, will ensure both of them a comfy dotage, under one roof or otherwise, in the Dominican Republic.
Maybe we should ask her ‘special’ friend who stood next to her, after her loss in Iowa:
Madeline Albright
