No, but I can name you dozens of articles and legislation that Paul has espoused that will be used by future generations.

I think his actual achievements in Congress are almost nil

President Paul would have a Congress at least as hostile to him as the ones he has been in. None of his platform would pass, except his surrender to Islamofascism (thanks to treasonous Demonrats). For all practical purposes, Ron Paul would be a "Republican" Kucinich. I think he implicitly acknowledges that, because his maniacal screech escalates in volume and pitch when he moves to his antiwar rhetoric from his small-govt. talking points.
