Every Health Savings Account includes catastrophic coverage. I would love to have where I pay the first $10,000 with the insurer picking up everything beyond that. But such plans aren’t offered in my state.

We use our HSA to cover those things for which we chose not to have coverage; co-payments, dental work, oral surgery, prescriptions, etc.
