There were 19 fewer criminal homicides in 2007 compared to 2006. There were fewer gang killings as well, which are less likely to be viewed as justified, and there were fewer beating deaths, which, again, are rarely justifiable.
BINGO!

I would suggest not attempting to mug Cookie. Looks like a pretty good grouping.

Police stated they are unable to ascertain whether the obvious reasons staring them right in the face have anything to do with these numbers.

Odd ending to the article. The theme of the piece is law abiding citizens taking their safety in their own hands, yet the writer muddies the waters with what seems to be a domestic violence incident.

Police detectives and prosecutors don't think it's that simple, and they acknowledge the spike could be a one-time occurrence.yeah, it's a one time occurrence for the dead criminal...easy. They don't have a problem with recidivism .

My daughter has a S&W 38 special. At 75 ft she puts a spread no bigger than her hand. In four months she’ll be able to get her CCW here in Kentucky.

There have been over 160 homicides this past year...king willie cares nothing about curbing crime...now he wants to control the whole county...without giving us county voters a say in the process...taxation with out representation!
Shelby Co mayor wants to tax the pay checks of out of staters without representation too.
