MANCHESTER, N.H. Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton have been in career-threatening scrapes before, but never quite like the one they face in the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday, when nothing less than their would-be dynasty will be on the line.
In trying to battle back from her loss in the Iowa caucuses to Senator Barack Obama of Illinois, Mrs. Clinton is recalibrating her message in hopes of producing Comeback Kid: The Sequel achieving the reversal of fortune her husband pulled off with his second-place finish here in the Democratic nomination contest in 1992.
Mrs. Clinton, after arriving here at 4 a.m. Friday, used a rally in Nashua to begin focusing on young voters and independents, two groups that flocked to the Obama banner in Iowa. She said she wanted to appeal to young people, and surrounded herself with them at the rally, in contrast to her caucus night party where older, familiar faces from the Clinton administration and her political team stood out.

That line is so funny since Hillary has brought out Wes Clark, Madeleine Albright, Billy Boy, Richard A. Gephardt, her mother, a former grade-school teacher - all seniors and all touting her "greatness." Yep, all of those cronies of hers will help her appeal to the younger generation- Not. Oh, I forgot, she does "USE" her daughter, who has no appeal to anyone at all - no weight with the underprivileged/poor or middle-class since she has lived a protected life away from reality... and won't even talk to the press or answer questions.
In my opinion, Obama getting the Democrat nomination is the best thing that could happen to the GOP. It will finish off the Clintons forever. If Shrillary wins the nomination and loses the general election in November, she'll be back. But she cannot politically survive getting blown out in the primaries. If she loses the nomination to Obama, her career in national politics is over.
Now many in the GOP are afraid to face Obama in the general election. I am not worried about Obama. He might be the darling of the left, the "flavor of the month" so to speak, but he cannot win enough electoral votes to be president. His Muslim heritage and lack of experience are huge liabilities for him and he will get clobbered outside the urban areas no matter who the GOP puts up.
I think Shrillary would get clobbered too but I just can't stomach having her in the limelight for the next 10 months. I want her to just go away. And like I said earlier, if she gets the nomination, she'll be back to haunt us again in later elections. I do not think a loss (no matter how huge) in a general election will finish her politically, but the failure to win the nomination at all surely will.
Hips, thighs, and . . . cankles.
Dynasty? DYNASTY? Bill & Hill? Hey, I thought hillary was going to be her Own Woman. She has vast experience, and doesn't need any help from her rapist husband.
Is the New York Times now saying that this is the Clinton Dynasty we are supposed to be electing to the Presidency? Two for the price of one?
Which one gets to sit in the Oval Office and dirty the rug?
Clintoon comeback will turn into Clintoon smackdown!
WOW
Rasmussen’s site is melting down since Drudge posted their new poll with the H-beast 10 points down in NH!
As the troubador of our halcyon youth put it, “Even the president of the United States sometimes must have to stand naked.” And in Hill’s case, that’s a thought to make you hurl just a little bit.
Different girl. I should use that one.
Hillary is almost anything but young and hip.
“Hip”? What about the “Thighs”?
I think she’s crying over Sanjaya.
I like it.
Matt Drudge has a photo of that event from a different angle up on his web site. It makes Hilary appear to be behind bars.
If it were only true
