But let me be the first to point out the fallacy of the question. The Second Amendment affirms our innate right to keep and bear arms. It doesn't grant us a damn thing.

Of course, you are correct. But, you don’t think anyone in the MSM understands this, do you? To them there are no “innate” rights.

Actually the second prohibits the federal government from infringing on our RKBA. Lots of good that did (sigh)! Must be enforced by the people from time to time.
