"The Bill of Rights were all "individual rights" accept this one?"I've boggled many a liberals mind with that argument: "So, everywhere else in the Bill of Rights when the words "the people" are used, it means the individual, but only in the Second does it mean the Army or the National Guard and not the individual?"
