Hillary Booed at NH Democratic Party Dinner (On Drudge)
Time ^ | 01/04/08

If the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s 100 Club dinner is any bell weather – Barack Obama will handily win here. When Obama, the dinner’s last speaker, took the stage the crowd surged forward chanting “O-bam-a” and “Fired Up, Ready to Go!” So many people pressed toward the stage that an announcer asked people to “please take their seats for safety concerns.”

By comparison Hillary was twice booed. The first time was when she said she has always and will continue to work for "change for you. The audience, particularly from Obama supporters (they were waving Obama signs) let out a noise that sounded like a thousand people collectively groaning.

Not just me, but millions of other people loathe that woman! Even democrats are fed up with her arrogant, condescending attitude. Her own party has abandonded her for being vicious, vengeful, bitter and radically marxist.

Next thing will be to run somebody against her in 2010 and knock her out of the Senate. It is doable. I am fairly sure that is impossible.

Yes, she certainly could have that seat for life, but I'm quite sure that she has no interest in the Senate.

Unlike Teddy, who was authoring nation-transforming legislation within 2 years of his coronation, she doesn't legislate or advocate.

Her Senate seat was merely a platform for this absurdly bad campaign she is running.

If she loses to Obama, and if he doesn't give her a job (which would be foolishness of cosmic degree), I expect she will either resign or not run again.

Sweet indeed.

Eventually, we may see Hitlery's equivalent of the Dean Scream.

Right now, it looks like there needs to be a young black Democrat man who is clean and articulate. Sure would be nice to see Hitlery lose to one for the Senate.

As a matter of fact, she ought to just cede it--given her concern for civil rights and all.

Please tell me someone taped that,I`ll pay real money for that!

It would not matter.

Remember what the MSM did to the tape at the 911 Tribute when the Firefighters and Police booed her at Madison Square Garden?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQUDT1uaYpg

Her friends in the media replaced the audio with false cheers. It aired on VH-1 and ABC with her being cheered.

I am not joking.

Sometimes, it feels like I am living in a Soviet police state.

Ding dong the wicked witch is dead. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

If only it were so easy...she's still strong nationally. However, if Obama can pull this off, no matter that I would never support him, I will say prayers for him (moreso for his safety and that of his family from the witch!)

After reading how the Dem Caucuses work, it still looks like Hillary will be the winner.

I don't understand how the Democrats' nominating process works, but Wikipedia estimates that the division of delegates from Iowa will be:

Hillary -- 15

Edwards -- 14

Obama -- 16

Here is the link.

“I will thoroughly enjoy the spectacle of HRC’s ultimate crash and burn”

I would enjoy the spectacle as well for sure. However, it is premature to write her political obituary I think. She and the Slick One still have many cards to play. And, the one thing we know for sure about the Clintons is that they are willing and able to play very, very dirty. In fact, if I were Obama I would have my Secret Service personnel sleep in my bedroom with me. Paraphrasing "WWJS", wonder what Vince Foster would say...

We'll cross that bridge when we get there. For now, I'd like nothing better than to see Obama crush Shrillary during these primaries. I don't want to see the Wicked Witch of the Ozarks just lose, I want to see her political career destroyed forever.

I think Obama is very vulnerable in a general election so we'll have plenty of time to focus on him once Shrillary is eliminated from contention.

...enjoy the spectacle of HRC’s ultimate crash and burn, but if the final race is between Huckabee and Obama, Obama will most likely win.

So be it. Hillery is a known entity. Obama is not shrill and his darling wife will be raising the girls. The big plus, no Bill in the white house or supreme court. Anybody want to take a chance on that? :)

What seems clear to me is that Obama has that thing called "charisma" that every other candidate appears to lack, including the GOP candidates. It is what propelled JFK and even Bill Clinton. It attracts the young voters, and/or the voters who only want to look at and listen to someone who does not remind them of a stern and wise grandfather - as the Iowa caucus showed. That is the problem with most of America - they want "charisma" over quality or qualifications - sense and sensibility - they just want to feel good. It is all about excitement and they want to be excited by someone, rather than feel secure with someone who really is experienced (not pretend experience ala Hillary)to lead this country .

Unfortunately, the GOP has no one who is exciting or has the charisma that appeals to the young - under age 35 - or female voters who are not truly interested in politics and are easily influenced by someone who seems to be "nice." The young voters feel they can relate to Obama, his young wife and young family. For the shallow thinkers that is all that is important - the message is not, the direction of the country is not - only the pretense of "niceness" is what they look at. At least that is what it seems is the problem IMHO.

Why is “change” automatically good?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This type thinks that there literally is no way to do worse than the current president!! I simply think of a local man who recently told me that he had invested a large part of his retirement money in the stock of his employer, a company whose stock has been on a downtrend for almost twenty years. He bought at thirty eight cents a share, his reasoning was,”It can’t go any lower”. Since then the company has been delisted from the New York exchange and the stock is trading below fifteen cents on the pink sheets. Some people are just not too logical.

There should be some way to prevent people who call for unspecified “change” from entering a voting booth. They probably should be kept away from sharp objects.

The song is from the Wizard of Oz. It hopefully portends the end of Hillary’s run for President.

I hope this is real and not portend.

The FR spell chequer has pronounced the spell in in this post OK!

It’s clear that neither writer nor editor is familiar with the idea of a bellwether. See my #133.

I suspect they might both be, metaphorically speaking, wethers themselves, intellectually and socially, though completely unbelled, followers not leaders.
