You're right, except that Wyoming is having caucuses, like Iowa. They will have one caucus in each of the 23 county seats. (Weirdly, 11 cacuses will elect 1 delegate each, 11 will elect one alternate delegate each, and 1 will elect both a delegate and an alternate.)
And Wyoming is losing half it’s delegates to the convention because they flipped the RNC the bird and held their caucus early. NH, SC, Michigan and Florida are also losing delegates for going early. Iowa wasn’t penalized.
Just 23 sites for that big, wide ol’ state? Hardly seems practical for their situation.
