This is why the whole concept of Hate Speech is flawed. When I say something, that's Free Speech. When you disagree with me, you're a Hater and you should just shut up.
It's ludicrous.
It’s not flawed, it’s a deliberate attempt to control the flow of information.
I’ve noticed that it’s usually “tolerant” people who insist that someone be silenced.
I don't agree that people should be "shut up".
But to deny some of the hateful garbage coming from racists, terrorists and various sociopaths etc is "hate speech" is either not truthful or simply amoral.
