Just saw something on CNN that is vaguely amusing. They're listing the number of votes per candidate, as well as the percentages.
Chris Dodd received 1 vote. I kid you not.
Plugs Biden received 23.

I've read several articles, and they only said "less than 1%". That 1 & 23 votes can't be right. Surely they had some in-state campaign staff that would have voted for them, right?
