I just saw a documentary about the ATF infiltrating the Hells Angels in AZ circa 200-2003. Spent tens of millions on it, all charges thrown out except for some minor pot possession etc that they could have gotten at any frat house. The only “arms dealers” in the Hells Angels were the ATF agents.
