I think it’s a Romney rumor. I’m guessing that Huck’s camp is too overwhelmed right now to manage this. This is vintage “Dirty Romney.”

I think it might be something in the Hope, Ark. water - people develop this thinking pattern that, no matter what they do, they either 1: won't get caught, or 2: can lie their way out of it.
