TWO MILLION dollars in consulting fees??? HA! I'd like to see the work product! they need a high, supposedly legitimate income to cover for the really sleazy stuff.

The shareholders would probably like for Gupta to reimburse the company for the millions he has misappropriated over the years.
Gupta wants to postpone the lawsuit until after the election so that the Clintons aren't deposed under oath before then.
HA! I'd like to see the work product!
I wouldn't be surprised if Bill Clinton appears in a commercial for them during the Super Bowl.

“The company, which keeps a database of consumers and businesses that is used by Internet sites, said that five directors had been appointed to a committee to investigate the incident”
Fox & Henhouse,
The real question is, who paid Gupta to pay the Clintons?
Remember: “Follow the money; follow the crime.”

The Gupta scam is one of many, many bribes over 30 years of corruption. The net worth of Bill and Hillary is $100 million. Not bad for two weasels who never held an honest job.

There's a serial killer from Boston on the lam. He managed to corrupt the local FBI office. In fact, one of the former agents is on trial in FL for conspiracy in a murder.
Any way, a Boston local hit the lottery, and immediately found out that he had a couple of partners. While I'm sure the mob types took care of him, er, financially, that is, the "shares" provided a veneer of a "legitimate" source of income for the career criminals.
And then, when the murderer got a heads up from somebody, and took off, one or two of his ne'er-do-well siblings tried to unfreeze the frozen the lottery checks for themselves.

Gupta wants to postpone the lawsuit until after the election so that the Clintons aren't deposed under oath before then.
The very same kind of legal dodge being used by Norman Hsu, who is being represented by a big time Dem lawyer in San Francisco.

Gupta is a snake. He basically runs a sweat shop of a company with low wages, piss poor to non-existent benefits and a slave driver philosophy in place. Then there are the notorious layoffs InfoUSA is known for. I know. I once worked there and experienced all of it.

And .. while Clinton, Inc. says “they returned the money” - there is no proof of that either.
