Good morning everyone...let’s see what we have here:
This Week: She’s ba-aack... the Beast, that is. Leave it to a former Clinton operative (Stephanopoulos) to get Senator Clinton come back after pulling a disastrous “Full Ginsburg” a few weeks ago that resulted in what we affectionately call “The Cackle.” Also appearing is John Edwards, who is up big in Iowa and could be the spoiler.
Face the Nation: Also has Edwards.
Meet The Press: Same as last week’s Face the Nation, with Huckabee and Obama. If you thought Chris Wallace grilled Huckabee pretty well, wait until Russert gets his hands on him. I suspect Obama will get his chance to do his “kumbayah” politics but with Hillary trailing... who knows what Russert has up his sleeve.
Fox News Sunday: Another interview with Fred Thompson. He’s inching upward in Iowa and while New Hampshire may be lost he just may be getting back into this thing at just the right time.
Late Edition: A disappointing lineup of Democratic Party also-rans.
No ratings this week because of delays due to the Christmas holiday, so a special analysis coming up...
There is some stuff on the net with link after link about Hillary refusing to answer any more questions in Iowa. Instead they raise her theme music after each speech and she hurries out of the room. Who would have imagined she would duck questions!! I’m shocked I tell ya,shocked!!

A lot of people wonder why FOX NEWS SUNDAY trails so badly in the Nielsens live. Well, looking at the lead-ins, it's fairly easy to see why. All of the other Big Three networks have lead-ins, programs that air before the Sunday morning talk shows, and Fox does not. Why this is important is because television ratings are measured via the "people meter," which measures whether or not a TV is on and what channel that TV is showing. Note that ABC and NBC have nearly identical viewerships for their morning show and for their Sunday talk show. What's likely going on in these cases is that a lot of people are simply tuning into the show for Today or GMA and just leaving it on through the talk show and may not actually be watching it. Also worth noting is that Meet the Press isn't actually the most popular thing on Sunday morning; that honor goes to CBS News Sunday Morning, a show I watch rather frequently.
Stephanopoulos announced Hillary the most important Senator.
No bias there.
