Yep, it’s a standard run of the mill bulk storage tank.
The rectangular flanges you mentioned are for attaching the legs to it. The bottom is conical shaped in order to ensure the ability to drain/empty it completely.

he real question is, where are the other 5579? Probably the weight?
I ship stuff by container all the time...we have to mark each item as to its weight. If that thing is a silo thingy, 5000 lbs seems to be about right.
