Seems I've heard something about Cooper. There is also an extremely interesting little college by the name of Olin near Boston. He was going to apply there but for some reason they missed some deadlines.

Olin only has 75 freshmen. It, too, is tuition free. I'll mention Cooper. I think he will also be applying to Harvey Mudd. He's looking for the best financial aid package.
