We all go to Christmas parties, at all times of the month... and if you just happen to be “on call” you take your government issue vehicle, but you don’t DRINK! :)
There was a case a few years back where someone burgled a FBI van in a hotel garage and made off with several automatic weapons. Looks like the FBI is maintaining its low standards.
