Prayer Request for NautiNurse [Update at #420]

NautiNurse is undergoing surgery this morning to remove a cancer that was found during some recent tests. The surgeon has said that there is a 75% chance that they will get it all in this procedure. He is optimistic that she may be able to go home tomorrow.

Please keep NautiNurse in your prayers for a successful surgery and a rapid recovery.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and good thoughts. My good news was a bit premature. Found out last week that I need to have radiation treatments. I have an appointment to meet the radiation oncologist Jan. 16. Still have a few weeks to go with surgery healing before the radiation begins.

Otherwise, I'm keeping my chin up and feeling stronger each day.

With all that you've been through, I'm sorry that you now have to go through the ringer yet more. When all is done, the good doctors will have you as good as new. I know this. You are such a good person with a positive outlook and mettle--You're going to pull through this in flying colors. I'll look for your progress reports. God speed and my prayers your way. When my Theresa took her treatments, I also read the good books on the shelf for patients, so watch for books to read or listen to on earplugs and whatever equipment you have.
