Of those you know who are going to the caucus, how do the votes shake out? It's amazing that almost everyone I know is supporting Fred.

I'm in Storm Lake and will bring my wife and two sons for a total of four votes for Fred. I know of a couple other people here in town that plan on voting for him.

The one thing that keeps me hopeful is the depth of support Fred Thompson seems to have. Many of the other candidates support is weak at best, and I'm hoping they will either not bother to attend the caucuses or could be swayed once there. Maybe I'm just dreaming though...

I personally know of 14 Fred votes, 2 (possibly 3) votes for Romney, 2 Huck with 4 that were Huck but now are leaning Fred. I know others that I think will go Fred.

I know of a couple that perhaps a phone call from Bill Salier could go Fred.

That is great that you will be going to the Iowa caucus and supporting Fred! Bet there are many Iowa Freepers on the Iowa FR board who will join you in support of Fred. We will be supporting Fred full time down here in Florida during the lead up to our Florida primary on January 29th! Good luck! GO FRED! :) Also, Merry Christmas Day!
