Are you one of those who said illegal immigration will never be an election issue too?
I question if it is really that big of an issue. Certainly if it were, one would expect to see the man at forefront of the issue for 20 years and, incidentally, the only candidate who has done anything to secure our borders; Claiming the catbird seat, where he rightfully belongs and not relegated to the backseat. Perhaps they trust the words and position papers of these politicians will secure our borders and halt illegal immigration? I don't trust these cats that just hopped on the train to get me to the station. I am going to pick the engineer to get that job done.
Nope. I have thought that illegal immigration should be the most important campaign issue. I have expected for at least a year that Iraq would not be an issue in 2008.
