These crooks have a support group?
Hey Edith, at least one of your "friends" thinks that you and Richard are a couple of low life p****s.
McLean and Stevens , still at it.
Corrupt Texas judges bump.
She even got fired from her local DUmmie job.
The letter covers five points about the case:It must be really nice to be a mind-reader but shouldn't one be able to keep the story consistent from one paragraph to the next? The Kirlins never intended to build a dream home there, as they've told reporters, McLean and Stevens wrote.
The land in question is only 11 percent of the Kirlins' combined lots, but is typically referred to as one-third of their property. "The Kirlins still have the full right and ability to build their 'dream home' on the remaining property as they had always intended," the letter continues.
Just Boulderite POS scum, and as such, attempting to justify their demented thinking.
I am sure there are lots of places besides Boulder, like Kalifohnia, were they would be welcomed.
Had they made a “public case” out of it a mob with pitchforks and torches would have descended on them. They used their political connections and legal knowledge to steal from their neighbors. One way or another, these shysters will be punished for their crime.
Thanks for your updates on this issue, George.
Cheeky Buggers arent they?

“Had they made a public case out of it a mob with pitchforks and torches would have descended on them. They used their political connections and legal knowledge to steal from their neighbors. One way or another, these shysters will be punished for their crime.”
Very true.
Getting land by adverse possession has been around forever. It seems odd, but there are valid reasons why land can be given to another party, for example, if the land is off the tax rolls. There are usually pretty strict requirements that have to be met. Were they met in this case?
The phrase, “unmitigated gall” comes to mind...
Boulder District Judge Morris Sandstead, who served with McLean, issued the restraining order quite swiftly.
Serendipity, I guess.

Exactly right George and thanks for the ping.
They need to admit to being pond scum, pay the Kirlin’s their lawyer fees, and go crawl in a hole. That would work for me. Who in the heck are their supporters anyway? She must have spent a whole 82 cents on postage.
“These crooks have a support group?”
They need some friends. The people in Boulder and surrounding areas are pretty ticked about this out and out robbery. My wife hangs out on some local blogs and they’re still taking trash about these people and their judge friend.
