I am fortunate our company consider it not economic to open just for a day or day and half over Christmas New year so we finished on Friday and do not go back until Wednesday the 2nd.
On the other hand we have to reserve holiday for the 4 extra days, we get Christmas, Boxing and New Year Day anyway as they are public holidays.
Now, I’m really envious. I’d like to see Boxing day here as well as the common sense approach to taking these days off.
