News item on WRKO: 13 yr old boy was killed the other night
in Lawrence (IIRC); was riding bike on way to a sleepover.
The driver turned himself in; said he thought he hit a mailbox. What was he doing? Text messaging. Gee, it’s good
to know that he was doing an important thing while driving.
I’m sure the parents of the young lad will be glad to know
that.
I would be very surprised if Howie doesn’t talk about the “End of the Big Dig Project” when he gets back on WRKO next year. There are going to be more problems with the Big Dig for as long as it exists!
