but now that he has extended an olive branchAre you kidding?! Asking Rush to call him is extending an olive branch?
Why would Rush Limbaugh call a weaselly unethical liar like Huckabee after the filthy hick insulted him? Rush will be heard by millions daily long after Huckabee returns to his sweaty Baptist wallboard boxes.

Huckabee speaks well and with authority. Huckabee is a liar and a traitor; and you're an idiot. imo of course.
To: Sub-Driver
Stung by an anonymous Huckabee supporter's comments to Marc Ambinder that derided the influential talker as taking his cues from the "D.C./Manhattan chattering class," Limbaugh used his Friday show to defend himself. This isn't Huckabee's fault.
I thought Rush was going to cry.

What a pile of ...., “I don’t have his number.” Has the Huck ever listened to Rush’s show? I doubt it.
To: Route66
He can offer the olive branch, but he cant change himself into the conservative he claims to be but which he is not. Mike Huckabee is not Ronald Reagan.
But he may well be William Jennings Bryant.
No thanks.

Huckleberry, you bonehead nimrod, of course you would like to get on Rush's show. So would all the other Pubbie candidates.
But if you had a pea brain between your ears, you would know that Rush doesn't let Pubbie candidates on his show, otherwise, all the Pubbie candidates who didn't insult Rush and his 22 million listeners, would have already been on his show.
Huckleberry, did you fire that bonehead campaign chairman Ed Rollins yet? If not, don't even bother, 'cause we here at FR are gonna stick a fork in ya, you're done. Go home, Flim Flam Hillbilly Man.

It's too late

I wonder about his staff too. Someone should have the intelligence to find out the 800 number or the E-Mail address so that Hucky can say something knowledgeable like: “There has been an unfortunate statement attributed to my campaign which I don't endorse. I will E-Mail Rush to try to explain.”
He should clean house of at least a couple on his staff for making him look like such a goober.

Im really starting to get worried about some of my friends who support Huckabee. Man, this guy would get slaughtered in the GE. And it would be of his own doing. He would split the party just as bad as Rudy would, totally agree.
To: Enterprise
He said that because he has no intention of talking to Rush.
To: Mr.Smorch
I ran into Hucklebee at an Eric Clapner concert in Rio Linda.

Mike Huckabee is not Ronald Reagan.
But he may well be William Jennings Bryant.
Now that's a good analogy.

“Rush. Get to know Mr. Huckabee. Third third party defamation campaign is loosing credibility. Huckabee speaks well and with authority. The last thing Rockefeller republicans want.”

I listened to the guy and I liked him. But you could tell he might have lacked some education. I admire Rush also for not pouncing on him for pronouncing it “Hucklebee.”

I am sooey happy that Free Republic denizens are not being flim-flammed by this top artist.
