No one. Including McCain, who supported embryonic stem ell research. The problem with Huckabee was that was supposed to be the issue on which he was perfect. On nearly every other issue (national defense, immigration, taxes, spending) he is a disaster. It turns out he is not reliable on right to life either. So there is no reason to vote for him.

If you mean pro-life record, I do not believe that McCain has a 100% pro-life record. I thought that, too, but the president of Iowa Right to Life says he does not.
