Nana and I were talking...for a company to prove harm as a result of this law, theyd have to admit to violating federal labor and immigration laws. This is encouraging news, especially in light of the earlier decisions that have effectively said, "Immigration enforcement is a Federal issue" while we have an Administration that is not enforcing those laws.

Note the plaintiffs atty (Price) tried to argue that the ‘96 law expressly forbids states from doing what this law does.
The judge countered with the truth. This State law is within the bounds of the ‘96 immigration legislation by dealing with business licenses as a form of punishment.
I like this judge.
