Not attractive to me. I’d prefer 19 to 23. I’m only 22 but I don’t find young teenagers attractive. They’re like 5’2” and 80lbs. I’m a small-frame guy myself, but twigs just aren’t attractive.

That B&W pic in post #9 is a beautiful photograph of a beautiful model. I can see why she makes lots of money making clothes and products look good.
