Mom is in denial big time I think. I bet sonny boy has never ever been to blame for anything in his life . I can’t stand parents like her. He is in his 30’s & mommy is still covering for him. Shaking my head.
No. That's what Mike Nifong thought his job was. A big part of it is to make sure people aren't railroaded.
NO the prosecutor’s job is the administration of justice NOT TO PUT people behind bars.
That unfortunatly is the misconception that infests the ranks of prosecutors and gives us Nifongs as a matter of routine.
Justice can also mean a person is cleared or charges dropped when the evidence does not hold up. Prosecutors screw with peoples lives they do not have a job to be a thug to pound peoples lives.
Prosecutors are to hold a trust not an assembly line.
Well, someone should at least investigate his claims. Is there a videotape? And why is the prosecutor not discussing it? Someone needs to at least find that out whether he’s guilty or not. If you owned a store you’d be a fool not to have a camera installed.
So that needs to be answered. Is there a tape? If so, what’s on it?

up doin a 7 year stint. I hate when that happens. Bummer.
